Panthers Reportedly Worked Out Former Rams Quarterback




By Andrew Gould The Carolina Panthers reportedly auditioned a quarterback amid Bryce Young’s ankle injury. According to Pro Football Talk, the Panthers worked out free agent Bryce Perkins on Tuesday. Perkins played for three colleges, eventually starting at Virginia, before signing with the Los Angeles Rams as an undrafted free agent in 2020. He spent two years on the practice squad before finally getting the call last year. A depleted quarterback room led Perkins to make his only NFL start last November.
